Heating large areas doesn’t have to mean large waste. With Tub-One, the modular gas-fired radiant strips heater, you achieve maximum efficiency: uniform heat only where and when you need it. Perfect for industrial, commercial, and sports environments, Tub-One is designed to reduce energy consumption while optimizing thermal comfort and operational costs.

TUB-ONE: The Modular gas-fired radiant strips Heating System
TUB-ONE is a gas-fired radiant strips heating system, with power outputs ranging from 35 to 300 kW, designed to provide immediate thermal comfort and energy efficiency in industrial facilities, warehouses, sports centers, and commercial spaces with large volumes and open areas.

Powered by natural gas or LPG, TUB-ONE uses radiant heat to warm people and objects directly, without air movement. This system also allows for partial area heating, minimizing energy consumption.

TUB-ONE is CE certified according to EN 416-1 and Regulation 2016/426 GAR, ensuring quality and safety. It can be customized to create radiant paths with varying lengths and geometries, with a total range from 20 to 120 meters.

Energy Optimization and Installation Flexibility
TUB-ONE partially recovers hot combustion gases to maximize energy efficiency. The 70% recirculation ensures consistent temperature across the tubes, further enhancing performance.

Each TUB-ONE unit operates independently and can be managed via a single control panel or a centralized system: the BUS Infra One Bus System.

To simplify project planning, a dedicated software tool is available for calculating thermal requirements, using average correction factors based on typical buildings and activities across Italy.

TUB ONE funzionamento
TUB•ONE consists of an external combustion unit and radiant modules that form the heating circuit inside the building. The radiant ducts are tailor-made to meet the specific needs of each client. Heating is achieved through the propagation of infrared electromagnetic waves, which transfer thermal energy in a straight line, ensuring fast and efficient heat distribution.

Top Efficiency and Safety with the HTSG System
Impresind has developed and patented the HTSG System, an innovative pipe connection solution that eliminates the need for silicone and screws. This exclusive system ensures a perfect seal and compensates for thermal expansion, removing the need for expansion joints.

The HTSG System enhances workplace safety and delivers exceptional reliability for heating systems. Radiant sections joined using this system form a continuous and high-performance circuit, ensuring uniform and efficient heat distribution.

Technical Features
TUB-ONE is installed near the area to be heated and connected directly to the electrical and gas networks, eliminating the need for a boiler room, a traditional boiler, and a hydraulic circuit. This ensures immediate operation and significantly reduces initial costs.

Each TUB-ONE unit operates independently and can be managed through a single control panel or a centralized management system, the BUS Infra One Bus System.

The combustion unit can be installed either inside or outside the building. It generates thermal energy by burning natural gas or LPG and distributes it through a recirculation system that maintains a consistent temperature throughout the entire radiant circuit.

Radiant Sections The radiant sections are available in various configurations: straight, curved for changes in direction and elevation, twin-tube circuits, parallel double tubes, single-tube circuits, single tubes, as well as “T” and “Y” configurations. The sections are connected using the HTSG System.

The combustion unit of the TUB•ONE radiant tube can also be installed on the building’s roof, near a skylight or shed, allowing the initial section of the radiant circuit to pass into the interior space. When needed, the system can seamlessly pass through the roof or any structure that can be easily cut.

TUB ONE radiant tubes can be controlled individually through their electronic panels or collectively using the Infra One Bus System. This advanced system enables the management of up to 30 radiant tubes from a single console located in a central panel, which can be connected to a PC for enhanced control. The Infra One Bus System allows flexible operation, enabling each tube or group of tubes to function in identical or distinct modes to meet the requirements of different operational areas.
